The Register of Professional Archaeologists Sponsors the 2017 SAA Ethics Bowl

The Society for American Archaeology Ethics Bowl is a festive debate-style event held annually at the SAA conference. The event features teams of students debating case studies in archaeological ethical dilemmas, thus providing crucial training for their future professional careers. This year, the final round of the SAA Ethics Bowl was between a team from Simon Fraser University, and a combined team from the University of Puerto Rico and University of California, San Diego. In a close match, the winners were the UPR/UCSD team. The winning team received a cash award from the Register of Professional Archaeologists.
