C. Andrew Buchner has 25 years’ experience as a CRM archaeologist, and has been manager of the Memphis Office’s terrestrial cultural resources team since 2003. Since joining Panamerican in 1994, “Drew” has conducted work in all phases of cultural resources investigations, including Cultural Resource Assessment and Reconnaissance, Phase I surveys, Phase II evaluations and determinations of NRHP eligibility of prehistoric and historic sites, and Phase III mitigations, as well as preparation of NRHP nominations and ICRMPs, preparation of Programmatic MOAs, Native American consultations, and research designs. These have been conducted for a variety of clients including the USACE, Memphis, New Orleans, and Vicksburg Districts, National Park Service, Arkansas and Mississippi Game and Fish Commissions, Ouachita and Kisatchie National Forests, Federal Highway Administration, AHTD, TDOT, and MDOT , as well as the Southwestern Power Administration, and the Arkansas Dept. of Parks and Tourism.
