Ms. Dugas has more than 20 years of archaeology experience. She has directed numerous investigations in North America, and has considerable experience with the FERC projects, petrochemical facilities, Marcellus Shale gathering pipelines, transmission pipeline and Federal Highway projects. She is skilled at designing and implementing multifaceted projects that include all phases of pre-European and historic archaeological investigations, including major data recoveries. Ms. Dugas is particularly skilled at managing complex projects, as well as building and nurturing relationships with clients and regulatory agencies.
