Heather Kwiatkowski has over 20 years of experience working within land use planning and undertaking environmental impact assessments. Both articulate and sensitive, Heather possesses the knowledge and communication skills necessary to work with a diverse group of people in a variety of situations. Her background includes development permitting, plan review and zoning compliance, project design and management, tendering and proposals, archival and background research, anthropological data analysis, archaeological reconnaissance and survey, archaeological site testing and data recovery, budget management and justification, and authoring and reviewing technical reports. Heather is a member of the RPA and CIfA and has a BA in Anthropology from the University of Tennessee, a MA in Applied Anthropology from San Diego State University, and a second MA in Archaeology Cultural Heritage Management from the University of York.
