More than ten years undertaking inventory level survey and data recovery projects in Oceania including American Samoa, Rapa Nui, Hawaiian Islands, Palau, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Focus on prehistoric trade and exchange networks, human-environment interactions, historical environments, coastal geomorphology, and WWII History. Two years undertaking grant funded research through the CNMI Office of the Governor in the positions of Staff Archaeologist at the CNMI Division of Historic Preservation and Geospatial Planner at the CNMI Bureau of Environmental and Coastal Quality. Managed grants and planning activities funded through cooperative agreements with EPA, NOAA, and NPS. Focus on NEPA and Section 106 Review, public policy, government to community and government to government consultation, and research to support federal, state, and local Historic Preservation, Environmental Quality, and Coastal Zone Management goals.
