Mr. Gleaton has over fifteen years of experience performing fieldwork, research, analysis, and writing about archaeology and anthropology. He is responsible for preparing cultural resources portions of environmental documents, field and desktop project reports, and resource eligibility recommendations, as well as organizing and performing Native American outreach, geographic spatial analysis, and technical editing. He is also responsible for project implementation, writing and executing contracts, and ensuring fulfillment of contract timelines and budgets. His work includes the review and authorship of IS/MND, EA, EIS/R and cultural resources Phase I, II and III reports, including the supervision of small to large sized field crews.
