Mr. Barnes has over eight years of experience working in various fields of Cultural Resources Management including archaeology, historical preservation, and museum curation. He has performed on Phase I archaeological surveys, pedestrian surveys, Phase III data recovery surveys, and non-destructive archaeological surveys. He has experience in curating both historic and pre-historic artifacts through documentation, photography, and preservation of artifacts to be stored for future analysis or museum display. Mr. Barnes has written technical documents and contributed to archaeological reports, laboratory procedures, field guides, equipment operation manuals, Historic American Buildings Surveys, National Register of Historic Places nominations, and grants for non-profit organizations.
