Renewing your Registration

If you have already been accepted to the Register of Professional Archaeologists, and you would like to renew your registration, you have a number of options to do so.

Online

As an RPA, you can login to our registrant portal and pay your fees online.  Once you log in, navigate to the “Invoices” area of your personal profile, by hovering your mouse over the “My Profile” tab on your profile. The “Invoices” option will be listed in the drop-down menu under the “My Profile” tab. Click the button below to access your profile, to view your invoice:

By Mail

If you would like to mail a check for your RPA dues renewal, please send a check in US dollars, with your invoice included, to the following address:

Help! I’ve Let My Registration Lapse

If you were previously accepted to the Register of Professional Archaeologists or its previous iteration (SOPA), but you have not renewed in a number of years, you may again become an RPA in good standing without re-submitting an application.

PLEASE NOTE: After RPA Headquarters processes your request, you will receive an email containing your login credentials for the website. Registrants who have been lapsed for one year will be granted a grace period and are responsible for only paying the current year’s renewal fees to become current for the remainder of the calendar year. For registrants who have been lapsed longer than one year, you will be assigned an invoice reflecting back fees for each year beyond the one year grace period plus the current year’s fee, up to a maximum of five (5) years’ of fees.

NOTE: The reactivation process takes approximately two to three business days. Please follow up with RPA Headquarters via email (info@rpanet.org) if you have not received a response after three business day. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK MAIL FOLDER IF YOU HAVE NOT RECIEVED YOUR INVOICE.
