Brief Description of Education & Experience
EDUCATION<BR>M.A. Applied Archaeology, Andrew J Richard, MA, RPA, joined Archaeological Research Consultants 2024 as a Senior Archaeologist. He is a geoarchaeologist and a Paleoindian lithic specialist. Mr. Richard is a registered RPA archaeologist and meets or exceeds the qualifications set forth by the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards and Guidelines for Archaeology and Historic Preservation (48 FR 44716). Mr. Richard has actively worked in consultations between tribal groups, federal and state government agencies. Mr. Richard is currently permittable (BLM) in Arizona, SE New Mexico, NW New Mexico, Utah, Oklahoma, Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota. Additionally, Mr. Richard is permitted by the States of New Mexico, Arizona and Utah and as a Principal Investigator.
