Brief Description of Education & Experience
Danielle Silverman, MPhil, MA, RPA is a Field Services Specialist with five years of combined experience in academic archaeology and cultural resources management. Her expertise includes archaeological research with a high proficiency in GIS applications for preliminary research, spatial analysis and modeling, and data visualization; archaeological field methods; and landscape archaeology. She has conducted projects with private, municipal, state, and federal clients across Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, New York, Oklahoma, and Texas. Her experience as a project Principal Investigator includes conducting Phase I archaeological surveys, artifact analysis and curation, geoarchaeology, construction monitoring, site and project background research, and report writing. Additionally, she has supported Phase II testing and Phase III data recovery excavations. Ms. Silverman meets the Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualification Standards for Archaeology as published in 36 CFR Part 61.
