Brief Description of Education & Experience
Dr. Bibby meets the Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualification standards and guidelines for Archaeology and Historic preservation. Dr. Bibby has professional full-time supervisory experience in the study of prehistoric and historic period archaeological resources in work throughout California, Nevada, and Hawaii. He has worked on CEQA/NHPA compliance projects for the U.S. Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, U.S. EPA, the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), Caltrans, and other local regulatory agencies.
