Brief Description of Education & Experience
I have a strong background in anthropology and cultural heritage management and extensive experience in archaeological fieldwork, laboratory analysis, and research. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Cultural Heritage and Resources Management at Sonoma State University, where my work integrates scholarly depth with hands-on experience.
Experience Highlights:
- Participated in extensive fieldwork, including pedestrian surveys and site documentation for archaeological resource management projects in California.
- Held a junior supervisory role on an international archaeological excavation, mentored students, and led techniques such as soil flotation and site mapping.
- Engaged in collaborative research internships at UC Berkeley, where I digitized and analyzed ceramics, cleaned faunal remains, and identified and sorted archaeobotanical remains.
- Proficient in GIS, artifact cataloging, stratigraphy, and archaeological mitigation, firmly committed to high reporting and data management standards.
