Brief Description of Education & Experience
I possess over 6 years of experience in archaeology and cultural resources management. Roles include Crew Lead, Field Director, Project Manager, and author for various projects under private, academic and governmental entities. Survey experience includes work on lands managed by U.S. Forest Service, CalTrans, San Carlos Irrigation Project, and private lands. Archaeological work experience expands across Arizona, California, Idaho, and Nevada with successful application of the Antiquities Act, National Historic Preservation Act, National Environmental Protection Act, Arizona Antiquities Act, and the California Environmental Quality Act. Additionally, I have partaken in data recovery projects in California. Archaeological excavations and surveys have also been conducted abroad in Belize, Central America. Lastly, I possess multiple skillsets, such as, Cartography, Site Evaluation, Database Management, Photogrammetry, and more.
